On January 12th, 2023, I was notified that a part of my Dyson v12 vacuum needed to be replaced under warranty due to a tube issue. However, it has been two months and the part has still not been delivered. They keep telling me that they have no idea when the part will arrive and that I should wait. I'm sick and tired of hearing the same thing over and over. They claim to have a 10-year supply of spare parts, but they don't even have spare parts for a new product. Their customer service is completely absurd. When I asked for a direct exchange for the product, they refused because they had already created a pre-order for the part. I am now preparing to file legal action. It is completely unacceptable to wait two months and still not receive the warranty part. I'm hoping to hear from them soon and to have this problem resolved.
