The hose of my Dyson V12 vacuum has developed a crack in the hard plastic entry section, rendering it unusable. On February 10, 2024, I reported the issue through the Dyson WhatsApp channel and customer service at ***0 532 1144, requesting a replacement. After waiting for 5.5 months due to stock issues, I was offered a different model's hose in a different color, but my original problem remains unresolved.
This situation has caused significant distress, as I was informed that I could pursue legal action through the Consumer Court regarding the lack of resolution. Having purchased this product and recommended it to around eight others, I now regret my decision to choose Dyson.
I expect Dyson to take responsibility for this issue and provide a suitable solution. It is unacceptable for a premium product to have such a long wait time for a basic replacement, and I hope to see better customer service moving forward. Thank you.
