I purchased a new Cherry Tiggo Pro 7 on December 28, 2023. During the Ramadan holiday on April 8, 2024, just 3 months and 10 days after buying the car with only about 3,000 km on the odometer, I noticed a significant issue. When accelerating above 70 km/h, the car started to shake, and there was vibration when braking at high speeds. This might have been present earlier, but I only noticed it on my first long trip.
Due to the holiday, I called Atmo service center on April 15. They gave me an appointment for April 22 and informed me that the car's axles were faulty and needed to be ordered. The axles were finally replaced on June 3.
On June 5, when I took another long trip, I noticed the shaking problem persisted when braking. I called again, and when I took the car to the service center on June 7, they told me the brake discs were faulty. However, they refused to cover it under warranty because three months and 5,000 km had passed.
