Missing Shopping Bags in Online Orders Beymen ı have placed multiple online orders (bags, shoes, perfumes, etc.), and for the ones where ı requested gift packaging, the shopping bags were not included. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service, ı Only received such as “please provide your order number so ve can check.” When ı shop in-store, ı always given a bag, yet the same service is not provided for online purchases, which is unacceptable. I request that Beymen shopping bags in small, medium, and large size be included with my orders, as they are necessary for carry the products. This is a part of customer satisfaction.
