I purchased an online item from Zara four months ago, but it was too small, so I returned it. Later, I bought the same item one size larger. Recently, I noticed that I have been paying the installment of the item I returned for four months. I have been trying to contact the company multiple times, but they only create a record and do not provide any solution. The problem is that the return is not reflected in their system, which could be due to either the lost return package by the shipping company or the item being resold before processing the return. I used to consider Zara as a quality and mission-driven company, but now I cannot even find a reliable contact person. This is a huge disappointment. I demand a prompt and proper solution to this issue.
