I am a Livu user from Germany, and I am currently unable to log in to my account via email on my Android phone. When I press the email login button, the screen just keeps loading and does not proceed to log me in. My last successful login to this account was last year, and since today I have not been able to access it again. I contacted Livu support about this issue, but unfortunately, the assistance I received did not solve the problem, and I still cannot log in. I would like this technical problem with the email login to be fixed so that I can access my Livu account again on my Android device. I kindly request that my account be checked and that the email login issue be resolved as soon as possible.
