FamPay Transaction Deducted ₹1500 but Tashanwin Balance Not Updated
I made a ₹1500 deposit to my Tashanwin account on March 6 through the FamPay app, but the transaction failed and the money was not credited to my Tashanwin balance. Despite this, the amount was debited from my side, and my deposit has still not been processed correctly.
After noticing the issue, I contacted Tashanwin customer support. They asked me to submit a report regarding the failed deposit, which I attempted to do multiple times. However, the report submission failed around 10 times, and I have not been able to complete the process or receive any proper help or resolution.
I request that my ₹1500 deposit either be immediately credited to my Tashanwin account balance or refunded to my original payment method. I also ask that the reporting issue on your platform be investigated, so that customers can submit complaints without repeated failures.
I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible, and I request clear information about the current status of my money.
