There is No One You Can Communicate With At Zara

I placed an order for a sweater on Zara’s website under order number 471119694544. For the last three days, I have not been able to receive any clear or reliable information about the status of my order, nor have I been able to reach anyone who can assist me directly. I did not receive any SMS or clear notification indicating that my order was shipped. The only support tool on the website is a live chat that is fully bot-operated. Each time I use it, I receive the same automated messages and a link. When I click this link, the shipping status appears as “out for delivery,” but no package is delivered, and no courier comes to my address in Kocaeli. The next day, the status again appears as “out for delivery” without any progress, and then the status seems to reset, and the same cycle starts over. There is only one contact phone number shown as available, but it is impossible to reach anyone through it. The fact that all support channels, including the live chat, only connect me to a bot and never to a real representative makes the website feel unreliable and has caused me serious stress. I urgently request to be contacted by an authorized customer representative, to be clearly informed about the exact location and status of my order and its delivery date, and for these communication problems to be resolved as soon as possible.
