Konami EFootball Mobile Account Hacked - Email Changed Without Permission
I am writing regarding a serious security issue with my Konami ID linked to eFootball Mobile. On 28 February 2026, I realized that the email address associated with my Konami ID had been changed without my knowledge or permission. After this change, my account fell into the hands of third parties and is currently being actively used by them. After noticing this situation, I contacted Konami support by email. They asked for my approval to suspend the compromised account, and I clearly gave my consent. However, despite my approval, the account has still not been effectively suspended and continues to be used by unauthorized persons, which increases both my concern and my loss. I expect my eFootball Mobile account to be returned to me as soon as possible. If the current account cannot be secured, I request that my players, my coins, and my GP balance be transferred to a new account to be opened in my name, so that I do not lose the time and money I have invested in the game. I kindly ask you to urgently review my case, ensure the necessary security measures, and provide a clear solution.
My account has been completely closed, and my 5 years of effort have been disregarded.
