On 25 April 2026, I placed an order on Temu for a product from the brand Evei, with the order/reference number H0742A0032391110. The system shows that my order was sent, but when I went back to check, there was no order visible and I have been unable to access or track it properly. I also cannot contact either Temu or Evei about this issue, so I have not been able to get any information about my order or its status. I am located in England and I paid for this order, yet I am left without the product and without support. I request a full refund for this order as soon as possible, since I have not received the product and I cannot reach customer service to resolve the issue.
