I use the TEMU marketplace from Moldova (Rîbnița) through the Russian-language version of the app, and for about one and a half months I have been dealing with what feels like a shadow ban on my account.

I no longer receive normal promotions, discounts, or fair product pricing. The prices shown to me are clearly inflated compared to what they should normally be. Whenever I contact TEMU customer support and send screenshots proving these unusually high prices, the prices on the same items suddenly drop by almost 60%, and I am once again told that they will “look into the issue.”

At one point, even senior support representatives informed me that the problem would be resolved within three days, but it remains completely unclear what they are supposedly investigating because, in reality, nothing changes. This situation has continued almost every day for nearly two months. I constantly contact support, repeatedly receive promises, but never receive any actual or permanent solution, which prevents me from placing orders normally.

After one of my complaints, I was offered compensation of approximately €1 (around 20 Moldovan lei), but I refused because I consider that amount insulting given the scale and duration of the issue. The entire situation creates the impression that TEMU is mocking the problem instead of honestly resolving it.

I request that all hidden restrictions or limitations be removed from my account linked to the email address pileczkij120***@gmail.com, and that my account regain access to normal discounts, promotions, and fair pricing without requiring constant communication with customer support. I also request a full investigation into the price manipulation I experienced during this period.

In addition, I ask TEMU to provide a clear and adequate explanation of what exactly happened to my account and what specific actions will be taken to ensure this problem never happens again.
