Temu Marked My Package Delivered but I Never Received It

My name is Carolyn Brad** and I am writing regarding my Temu order ID PO-211-17646258422392373. The order consisted of clothing and miscellaneous items placed to be delivered to my building, where there is a front desk that normally receives all packages. According to the Temu tracking information, this package was marked as delivered and placed at the outside entrance of the building. However, it was never checked in with the front desk, and I did not receive it. Since it was allegedly left outside, it could have been picked up by anyone, which is not an acceptable delivery practice for this address. I have had 17 orders from Temu since 05/25/2026, as well as many more orders before that, and I have never had a problem with delivery. Temu has been my favorite way to shop, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I have not received any clear information or solution from Temu regarding this missing package. I kindly request that my full order be reshipped to me, as I never received the original delivery that is shown as delivered in your system. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly so I can continue shopping with confidence.
