I Need Full Refund From Temu for Misleading Charges and Low Quality Items

I am writing regarding a recent Temu order I placed earlier this month via the Android app. Temu offered me up to three free spins with money to be deposited into my account, but when it came time to check out, I was not able to use this money as promised. In addition, my order was split so that I ended up being charged several times, and despite this, I did not receive all of the merchandise I ordered. The quality of the items I did receive was very poor and not as expected, and the whole process felt like being pushed to “hurry and order” with constant time pressure and hoops to jump through just to complete the purchase. I feel that my credit card has been misused through these split charges and the misleading spin promotion, and I no longer trust the platform. I have already deleted the Temu app from my phone. In this situation, I am requesting a full refund for this order, including all extra or split charges, and I am not willing to return the low‑quality items I received. I expect Temu to resolve this issue promptly and to ensure that similar misleading promotions and checkout practices do not happen again.
