My Temu Order Dissatisfaction

I placed a Temu order with number PO-184-01553825065592483 on 16 May 2026 and since the day I ordered it, the tracking has been stuck on the same status, “in transit to airport.” There have been no meaningful tracking updates at all, so I still do not know whether my order is actually coming or not. Before this, I had already made a first payment of R488 through Payflex, but because the items were wrong, I requested a refund. I have still not received that refund, and now the Payflex app is no longer accessible to me. In order to process my current order, I made a second payment of R488, so at this point I am out of pocket for both the unresolved refund and the new order whose tracking has not moved. I tried contacting Temu through WhatsApp Messenger, but instead of receiving proper information or support about my order and refund situation, I only see their advertising messages, without any real answers. This is very frustrating because I have paid twice and I cannot get either a reliable update on my order or my previous refund. I request that Temu urgently investigate this situation, clearly confirm whether my order PO-184-01553825065592483 is actually on its way with proper tracking information, and also ensure that my first R488 payment, which I requested to be refunded, is processed and paid back to me as soon as possible.
