Temu Invite Friends Progress Resets and Rewards Not Delivered

I am writing to report a serious problem with my TEMU “Invite Friends – Check My Status” referral activity. Today I completed the referrals and tasks shown to me in the app, including the part where the status said there was only a small amount remaining (for example around 0.09). Even after I completed this, the system kept bringing the progress back and saying there was still a remaining amount, without clearly showing what was left or why the goal was not counted as finished. In this same invite campaign, TEMU clearly showed rewards such as a smartwatch, glasses, iWatch and other gifts. I completed the tasks in good faith based on these promised rewards, but I have not received these items and the status keeps changing instead of confirming completion. I kindly request that you check my “Invite Friends – Check My Status” referral activity in detail, explain clearly why the progress keeps resetting and why my rewards have not been delivered, and then honor the rewards that were shown to me in the app by providing any missing gifts as soon as possible. I expect a fair and prompt resolution to this issue.
