Temu Order Marked As Delivered But Not Received

I placed an order for jewelry from Temu with the order number 08029688083. In the system, this order is shown as delivered on 14/09/2026, but I have not received the package. Although Temu’s records and notification indicate that the shipment was delivered, no package has arrived at my address and nothing has been handed to me. This situation has caused me both financial loss and concern, as I paid for goods that I never received. I request that Temu urgently investigate where this shipment actually went, clarify why it was marked as delivered despite not being received, and either deliver my jewelry to me as soon as possible or provide a full refund for my order.
