Temu Refused My Refund After I Returned a Misrepresented E-Bike

1

I ordered an e-bike and a scooter from Temu around June 16–17. The product was falsely advertised. It was shown and described as including a trunk, but there was no trunk in the package. The listing also stated that it would go about 25 miles per hour, but in reality it only reached about 13 miles per hour. I recorded videos and took pictures to show this and shared them with Temu. Because of this, I requested a refund. My expected refund amount is $303.60, which includes the product total and sales tax as shown in Temu’s own return details for this order. Despite this, my refund request was refused several times at first. Later, Temu finally gave me a return shipping label. I shipped the product back, provided tracking, and sent photos and evidence that the item was shipped and in transit. Temu clearly sees from their own system that the return has been in transit since around July 6. Even though I followed all the instructions, Temu closed my support ticket, marked the case as resolved, and still did not issue my refund. Now they are not responding to me at all and I feel completely ignored. This situation has affected me very seriously, because this e-bike and scooter were my only way to get to work, and I ended up losing my job over this. I want Temu to immediately reopen my case and process the full refund of $303.60 as previously indicated in their own return details. I also want them to acknowledge their mistake in closing the case without refunding me, and to stop ignoring my messages. I am asking for my money back as soon as possible so that this financial and personal damage does not continue any further.
