Missing Delivery Of Goods Ordered From Temu
Today I received a notification on my phone saying that my Temu parcel containing Hugo Boss perfume had been delivered at 8:06 am. When I went to the usual delivery location at 8:14 am, there was no parcel there and nothing had been delivered to me. The notification has since disappeared from my phone, and I have been unable to find or contact any Temu customer service number to report this missing delivery directly. I paid £44.71 for this order and currently have no product and no way to clarify what has happened to my parcel. I request that this situation be investigated urgently and that I either receive a replacement of the Hugo Boss perfume or a full refund of £44.71 as soon as possible.
