I Want My Refund Or The Scooter That I Paid For

I ordered a scooter from Temu via Tal-Mart for a total of $400, which I paid with my bank credit card. Despite the payment being completed, I have never received the scooter. According to UPS, the package was marked as delivered to 2107 Stewart Rd, Musco Lighting, in Muscatine, Iowa, which is not my address. During a phone call where I had Temu customer service on the line together with Tal-Mart, the lady at Tal-Mart openly admitted that the package had been sent to the wrong address. For almost a month now, I have been fighting to get this issue resolved and have repeatedly provided Temu with proof and information many times, but they are still refusing to refund my money or properly resolve the issue, which means I am left without the scooter I paid for and they are effectively keeping my money. Despite clearly explaining that UPS shows delivery to a completely different address, they keep telling me to just check my mailbox, even though a scooter obviously cannot fit in a mailbox. On August 6th we were sitting outside waiting for UPS to arrive with the package, and no delivery was ever made to my address. I request that Temu either immediately refund the full amount of $400 to my original payment method or send me the scooter that I paid for to my correct address without any additional cost. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
I also sent them a recording of my call with UPS admitting that it was sent to the wrong address, and I still have the phone recording available.
