If you’ve been charged by Postegro after the trial, you need to cancel the subscription directly in your app store (e.g., Apple’s Settings → Subscriptions, Google Play Subscriptions) as the service automatically renews unless cancelled 24 + hours before the end of the trial.
Regarding refunds, Postegro’s own “Refund Policy” explicitly states that all charges are non-refundable and no credits are given for partial periods.
If you believe the charge was unauthorised or the service failed entirely, you may attempt refund requests through your app store’s billing support, but refund approval is not guaranteed.
