Postegro uygulamasını iPhone 7 Plus cihazımda kullanmak üzere indirip, İstanbul’dan 250 TL tutarında mobil ödeme ile ücretli hizmet satın aldım. Uygulamanın, gizli profilleri görüntüleme vaadiyle hizmet sunduğu belirtiliyordu. Ancak, ödemeyi yapmama rağmen 24 saattir gizli profiller kesinlikle görüntülenemiyor ve “profil şu anda görüntülenemiyor” şeklinde bir hata mesajı alıyorum.
Sorunun çözümü için uygulama içi destek ve e-posta yoluyla defalarca iletişime geçtim fakat hiçbir şekilde geri dönüş alamadım. Hizmetten faydalanamıyor olmam nedeniyle mağduriyet yaşıyorum.
Gizli profillerin vaat edildiği şekilde görüntülenmesini, bu mümkün değilse ödediğim ücretin iadesini talep ediyorum.
