Unban My BGMI Acount

I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my BGMI account on the official Krafton BGMI app on Android, which I access through my Facebook login. On 12.04.2025, I discovered that my account had been banned and I have been unable to access the game since then. In the game, I see a notice screen with my user ID 577186306 and a message stating a ban period that ends on 2035/04/10 06:39:49, with “File Claim” and “Details” buttons. However, I have not received any clear explanation by email or in‑game message about the specific reason for this ban, and I am not aware of any action on my side that would violate the rules. I kindly request that you review my account and the ban decision in detail. If any misunderstanding or error has occurred, I ask you to remove the ban and fully restore access to my BGMI account linked to Facebook on Android. I would appreciate being informed of the reason for the ban and the result of your review.
