Requesting Postegro Membership Cancellation and End to Auto Renewal

On October 7, I attempted to cancel my membership on the Postegro website, but I couldn’t find any option or information related to account cancellation. I carefully checked the “My Account” section and other menus on the site, yet there was no visible option for canceling the membership.
Since there is no live chat or customer service contact available, I was unable to get any assistance. I want to cancel my membership to prevent automatic renewal, but the platform provides no clear way to do so.
I urgently request that my membership be canceled immediately and that the cancellation process be clarified for users in the future to prevent similar issues.
