Postegro Premium Purchase Did Not Unlock Private Profiles
Today I purchased the Premium package through the Postegro app for $6. I completed the purchase by logging directly into my Instagram account. However, even though I paid for Premium, the app does not open any private accounts and I cannot use the features that were promised.
When I try to view private accounts in the app, I do not receive any error message. The accounts simply do not open, and I cannot see the private profiles. I also tried to contact Postegro through the app and other channels, but I have not been able to get any support or reach anyone responsible.
I am requesting a refund of the $6 I paid. Otherwise, I am considering pursuing the necessary legal actions. I kindly ask that my issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible and that the payment be refunded.
