Postegro Charged $11 but App Does Not Work

I subscribed to the Postegro application through iOS, and on February 26, 2026, I was charged $11 for the service. However, the application never worked properly, and I was unable to use the service at all. The app constantly produces errors, and I did not receive the service I paid for.
I sent an email to Postegro regarding this issue, but I never received any response. Not only was I unable to use the service, but I also could not find any support or contact to resolve the problem, which has left me feeling frustrated and unfairly treated.
I request a refund of the $11 I paid, and I also ask that my account and subscription be reviewed so that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible and other users are not affected in the same way.
