I Face No Service or Refund From Postegro Despite Successful Payment

On October 17, 2025, at 4:44 PM, I downloaded the Postegro hidden profile viewing app to my iOS device and paid ₺250 for a weekly subscription using my credit card. The payment was successfully processed and appears on my card statement, but after logging into the app, it doesn’t function at all.
I’ve tried several times to contact Postegro’s support team, but it’s impossible to reach them. Every time I attempt to use the app, I encounter the same issue — it simply doesn’t work, and I can’t access any of the features I paid for.
I’m requesting that my subscription be canceled and that the ₺250 payment be refunded immediately. The transaction was made in Midyat, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, given that I received no service in return for my payment.
