iPhone Postegro App Error — “This Profile Cannot Be Viewed” on All Accounts
I am using the latest version of the Postegro app on my iPhone. Today, I purchased a Premium membership through the app and paid ₺250 with my bank card via mobile payment. I registered my membership with the email c********@gmail.com** and my Instagram username “10ykaan.”
However, despite upgrading to Premium, I cannot view any profiles. I constantly receive the error “This profile cannot be viewed.” The problem occurs with all profiles. I tried reinstalling the app and restarting my device, but the issue continues.
I also submitted a support request through the app but have not yet received any response. I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately, or that my payment be refunded.
