Postegro Subscription Not Working After Apple Payment

Today, February 25, 2026, I purchased a membership in the Postegro application through Apple for $7. With this membership, I should be able to view private profiles, but the application does not open these profiles and continuously displays errors.

Since I have not been able to use the service I paid for at all, I request that this transaction be canceled and that the $7 payment be refunded through my Apple payment method.

I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
