I Face Postegro Refusing to Cancel Subscription and Continuing to Charge My Account

On October 3, 2025, at 8:54 AM, I subscribed to a Postegro package from Denizli, believing it was cancelable at any time. But soon after, ₺424 was automatically charged from my Ziraat Bank card every week. When I tried to cancel the membership through both the app and the website, none of the cancellation options worked.

I also contacted Postegro’s customer service, but they didn’t offer any help or explanation. Since the initial purchase, three separate payments have been withdrawn, and the charges keep repeating weekly. Even after contacting my bank, the issue remains unresolved.

I’m requesting that my Postegro subscription be canceled immediately and that all payments withdrawn from my account be refunded in full. I also urge authorities to take action against the app to protect users from this kind of ongoing financial loss. No one should be charged repeatedly for a service they can’t use — or cancel.
