Postegro Lili App Needs to Refund My Payment
I recently made a $6 payment with my debit card for the Postegro Lili app on my iPhone. Although the payment was successfully processed, the app does not provide the features it promised. The feature I purchased never became available, and I have been unable to use the app as advertised.
Because I have not received any meaningful support or response regarding this issue, I believe I have been unfairly charged for a service that was never delivered. I respectfully request a full refund of the $6 I paid and ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
