Postegro Subscription Doesn't Work as Advertised
On June 23, 2026, I found the Postegro app through a Google search and downloaded it from its website because it claimed to provide access to private Instagram profiles. I purchased a $9.99 subscription by entering my Ziraat Bank debit card information. On my bank statement, the transaction appears as "Epos Pro Plan."
After purchasing the subscription, I expected the advertised features to become available. However, I have been completely unable to access any private profiles, and I cannot properly use the app. There is no customer support, live chat, or other contact method available within the app, so I cannot cancel my subscription or request a refund. The problem began on the same day I purchased the subscription and has continued ever since.
I have been negatively affected by the Postegro app and the subscription charged under the name "Epos Pro Plan." I request that the service I paid for be provided exactly as advertised. If that is not possible, I request a full refund of the $9.99 subscription fee.
