I Face Postegro Hidden Profile Package Not Working After Paying $10
Today, I purchased a $10 one-month hidden profile viewing package from the Postegro app using my credit card. After submitting the username of the account I wanted to view, the system showed a message saying: “We can’t display this profile right now. We’ll try again within three days.”
Even though my payment went through successfully, I can’t access the service I paid for. The app continues to show the same message and provides no option for refunds, cancellations, or customer support contact. There’s also no order or reference number, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
I’m asking Postegro to either activate the service immediately or refund my $10 payment without delay. Paying for a feature that doesn’t work — and having no support team to contact — is unacceptable for any platform offering paid services.
