Postegro App Charged Me but the Service Does Not Work

I signed up for the Postegro app and they took my money. Absolutely nothing in the app works—it’s completely false. I want my money back. Why are you charging people if the service does not actually exist? You claimed that it could show profiles. I signed up and paid for it.

No matter which account I search for right now, it says that the profile cannot be viewed.
