Postegro Lili Took My Money but Didn't Unlock Profiles

Earlier today, I purchased a $5 coin package and a $10 profile unlock/view package in the Postegro Lili app to access a private profile. Even though I paid a substantial amount in total, the app does not unlock any profiles, and I am unable to use the service that was advertised.

The app does not provide a customer service phone number, support line, or any other reliable way to contact an authorized representative. I paid with my bank card, but the service I paid for has not been delivered, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated.

I am requesting that the packages I purchased be canceled and that I receive a full refund for the amounts I paid. I also ask the developers to explain why users are charged immediately when, as shown in the message displayed in the app, they state that they will respond only after three days. Charging customers before providing support or resolving service issues is unacceptable. I would appreciate an urgent response and a prompt resolution to this matter.
