Paid for Postegro Premium on App Store But Features Not Working

On October 10, 2025, I purchased a Premium membership for the Postegro app (version 1.38) through the App Store on my iPhone, paying ₺249.99. Although the purchase was successful, the Premium features never activated within the app. I can clearly see the completed payment listed under my subscriptions and invoice history.

I contacted Postegro customer support regarding the issue, but I have not received any response so far.

I request that the issue be resolved immediately and the Premium features be activated. If that is not possible, I ask for a full refund of the ₺249.99 payment without further delay.
