On October 17, 2025, I bought a ₺429 paid package from the Postegro iOS app to unlock the ability to view private Instagram profiles. After payment, when I logged in, the app displayed a message saying: “We can’t display the user right now. You will have access within three days.”
It’s now been well over three days, and I’m still seeing the same message every time I try to use the app. The service I paid for never became available. What’s worse is that there’s no option to cancel or request a refund, and no contact information for customer support on either the app or the official website.
I’m asking Postegro to either activate the service I paid for or issue a full refund of ₺429 immediately. It’s unacceptable for an app to charge users, fail to deliver the promised features, and offer no way to reach support.
