Unauthorized Payment by Postegro for a Subscription I Didn’t Renew

On October 2, 2025, an amount of ₺423.18 was withdrawn from my Postegro account without my knowledge or consent. I had previously used the “Standard Package” subscription, but I have not logged into Postegro or used the service for about a month. Despite this, the payment was automatically charged to my account, and there was no option provided to cancel the subscription.

I tried to contact Postegro customer support, but I never received any response. I feel wronged by this unauthorized charge for a service I am not using, especially since the payment was made via credit card and no prior notification or approval was given.

I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺423.18 charge and expect Postegro to address this issue promptly to prevent similar incidents in the future.
