I Face No Access to Hidden Profiles and No Support From Postegro After Payment

On October 22, 2025, I purchased a 1-month hidden profile viewing package on Postegro, paying ₺600 with my credit card. I have a screenshot of the purchase confirmation as proof of payment. However, even though my package appears active, I still cannot view any hidden accounts as promised.
I tried troubleshooting by restarting the app and logging out and back into my account, but none of these steps solved the issue. To make things worse, there seems to be no available support channel to contact Postegro’s customer service for help or a refund.
I’m requesting a full refund of the ₺600 I paid, as the service I purchased did not work as advertised and I was left without any technical or customer support.
