Postegro Payment Taken but Service Not Provided
On February 26, 2025, at 3:20 PM, I purchased a $9.99 package through the Postegro application using my debit card. Although the payment was successfully processed, the package that I purchased does not appear as active in the app, and I am unable to use the service I paid for.
Additionally, I could not find any contact number or support channel within the app or elsewhere to reach Postegro and report the issue. As a result, I have no way to communicate the problem directly to the company.
Because the payment has been taken but the service was not provided, I am experiencing inconvenience. I request that either the $9.99 package be fully activated on my account or that the amount be refunded to my debit card.
