Postegro Unauthorized Payment Complaint — Want Refund for Unapproved Charge

On October 9, 2025, a ₺437 charge was made from my account without my permission or authorization through the Postegro website. I had previously made a manual payment by choice, but this time I received a notification showing a withdrawal even though I did not initiate any transaction. The transaction number is 4393556370. I have never started any subscription or automatic payment, and I only used the website directly. This situation has caused me serious discomfort and financial inconvenience.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be immediately canceled and the ₺437 be refunded to my account as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue legal action to protect my rights.
