On October 29, 2026, my Amazon Turkey order numbered 404-5707988-0353127, which was a Lian Li O11 Vision Compact computer case, arrived damaged. When I opened the box, I saw that all three tempered glass panels of the case were completely broken. At the back corner, at the point where the glass started to break, the metal panel was also crushed and the paint was removed, which clearly shows that the product received a hard impact during transportation. On the day of delivery, the courier and the vehicle were changed, and the package was only delivered in the afternoon after being transferred once again. The fact that a product with tempered glass panels is damaged to this extent shows that the packaging and transportation processes are insufficient. I filed a refund request for this damaged product, but I lost time and had to re‑order the same case. Since my new order is again a product with glass panels, I request that it be packed and transported with extra care, that your packaging and transportation processes for such fragile products be reviewed, and that the victimization I have experienced be compensated.
