Apple App Store Igmax Postegro Subscription Was Misleading
I downloaded the Igmax Postegro app from the Apple App Store and purchased a weekly subscription on June 27 for approximately $6. The app does not provide any of the features it advertises. It does nothing beyond prompting users to create a basic account and does not display the information or functionality it claims to offer. If I wanted to add or follow someone, I could simply do that through my own social media account, making the app's advertised service both misleading and essentially useless.
The payment was processed through my Apple account, but I was unable to receive any meaningful benefit from the app. I have already submitted a refund request through Apple Support, and I was informed that I should receive a response within 24–48 hours. I do not believe it is acceptable for the Igmax Postegro app to mislead users in this way.
I respectfully request a full refund of the $6 I paid for the weekly subscription associated with my Apple order MLJW9NVLGF. I also ask that Apple investigate the app's misleading descriptions and advertised features to determine whether they accurately represent the service being provided.
