I Face Postegro Refusing to Cancel Subscription and Continuing to Charge My Account

On October 3, 2025, at 8:54 AM, I subscribed to a Postegro package from Denizli, believing it was cancelable at any time.... But soon after, ₺424 was automatically charged from my Ziraat Bank card every week. When I tried to cancel the membership through both the app and the website, none of the cancel
