I Paid Postegro to View a Private Instagram Account but Got Nothing

I just made a payment of $6 through Postegro to view a private Instagram account. I completed the payment using mobile billing. During the transaction, the screen indicated that the profile would be displayed. The money was charged to my phone bill, but the profile never appeared and I did not receive the service that was promised.
Afterward, I tried to contact Postegro, but no solution was provided. I do not accept that money was charged from my phone line for a service that I never received.
I am requesting a refund of the $6 payment. Otherwise, I will escalate my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
