I Face No Access After Paying $10 for Monthly Package on Postegro iOS App

On October 15, 2025, I purchased a $10 monthly subscription through the Postegro iOS app using my credit card in Istanbul. The payment was processed successfully, but I never received the service — the app didn’t activate any of the features I paid for.
I tried to find a way to reach Postegro’s support team, but there are no working contact options or refund requests available within the app. This is extremely frustrating, especially for a paid service that claims to offer premium access.
I’m asking Postegro to either activate the service I paid for immediately or refund the $10 to my account without delay. Customers deserve working support channels and reliable access to the services they purchase.
