Postegro Hidden Profile Feature Not Working Despite Successful Payment
About 15 minutes ago, I registered on the Postegro website under the username by __ and made a $9.99 payment using my bank card to access the hidden profile viewing feature. However, despite completing the payment, I am unable to view any profiles, and I keep receiving the error message: “Profile linked, you cannot view.” This is not the first time I’ve encountered this same issue.
So far, I have been unable to reach customer service through the website, and no support or solution has been provided. In addition, I did not receive any confirmation email or invoice after completing the payment.
I request a full refund of the $9.99 I paid, as I did not receive the service promised.
