Postegro Private Instagram Viewer Not Working After Payment

On February 16, 2026, I purchased the feature to view private accounts through Postegro. Even though $10 was charged to my card for this transaction, the feature I purchased does not work at all.

I contacted Postegro to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response to date and my problem remains unresolved. I am unable to use the service I paid for and cannot reach anyone responsible.

To resolve the inconvenience I have experienced, I am requesting a refund of the $10 that was charged to my card.
