To get your money back faster and deal with the charges that kept coming in after you cancelled, please do the following:
1. Check the confirmation of the cancellation: Make sure you got a confirmation email from mSpy that your account was cancelled. If you didn't get one, the cancellation might not have gone through properly.
2. Contact mSpy's customer service to let them know what's wrong. You can email them at [email protected] or call them using the phone number provided at [mSpy's contact page](https://www.mspy.com/contact-us.html).
3. Look over mSpy's refund policy: mSpy offers a 14-day refund policy under specific conditions. Refunds are considered if the software encounters technical issues that mSpy's support team cannot resolve.
However, refunds are not granted for reasons such as a change of mind, lack of device access, or if the target device is incompatible.
