I originally downloaded the Mspy app for one month of use and started a subscription. The first payment of ₺672.43 was processed correctly. However, even though I repeatedly requested to cancel my subscription via email, Mspy has continued charging my Yapı Kredi card without my consent. On September 17, 2025, another ₺959.43 was withdrawn, and for the past three months, charges have been made against my account without authorization.
My registered email address was e************@gmail.com**, but I have since deleted this account and I no longer use the application. I contacted Mspy customer service multiple times via email, provided all the requested details, and clearly asked to cancel my subscription. Each time, I only received an automatic “We received your request” reply and no confirmation of cancellation. Despite my requests, the subscription remains active and unauthorized payments continue.
I demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund of all charges wrongfully taken from my account.
