mSpy Charged My Card Without Consent and I Can’t Reach Support
On November 30, 2025, an unauthorized charge of $14 was made to my bank card with the description “Secure App mspy.” I am not actively using the iOS monitoring app, yet this charge was still taken from my account, which has caused me significant inconvenience.
After the transaction, my bank informed me that I needed to submit a dispute form, but I was unable to reach anyone at mSpy. Since I cannot contact the company—neither through email nor through their support channels—I am unable to resolve the issue directly with them.
I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled, that the $14 withdrawn from my account be refunded as soon as possible, and that my bank card information be completely removed from your systems. I urgently ask for a response and for my issue to be resolved promptly.
